Venue Hire



The Community and YCG members are welcome to hire our facility for birthdays, other celebrations, business and club meetings etc. Our meeting room includes tables, chairs, a projector, screen, whiteboard and kitchen facilities. The venue can seat 40 people configured in cinema style.

Costs for Venue Hire:

These fees are all based on a self-catering hire

Hourly rate: $15.00 per hour  (minimum 2-hour booking)

Half day (4 hours): $55.00 Morning, must be out by 1pm

Afternoon – out by 5 pm

Evening from 5 pm to 9pm

$90.00 full day hire

Pay in full at time of hire, unless multi-day booking, and then you can choose that option, or pay deposit at time of booking.

For multi-day hires, you’ll have to pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% at time of booking. This deposit will count towards your total hire fee. You can pay in full at time of booking, or split deposit and final payment, with final payment due 7 days before date of booking.

Step 1:  Check the calendar to see if your desired date and time is available

Step 2: Request to book using the calendar. Your booking is provisional until we’ve confirmed it.

Step 3: After submitting the calendar request, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Hire Agreement Forms. Please fill this out and submit it to the link provided on that page

Step 4: YCG Bookings team will review your request (usually within a few days), and if that time’s free and you meet the Conditions of Hire, you’ll be invoiced for the hall hire.

Step 5: Once you’ve paid the invoice, your booking will be confirmed.
