Sponsor a Bucket

Stay tuned, Sponsor a Bucket program coming soon!

Sign up here to be notified.

If you love what we do, and want to help ensure we can continue?

Here’s your opportunity to sponsor a bucket in you or your loved ones name. A small monthly contribution means we are processing a bucket of Yandina’s town waste on behalf of you.

What you will receive:
– A quarterly update from the Food Waste Loop Project Officer about how much waste you have helped us divert.
– Opportunity to have your name or your best compost pun on your bucket’s lid!
– Feel good vibes for contributing positively to the planet!

Understand your buckets life!

Bucket ‘Louie’ was once a recycled maple syrup or stock bucket. He lives at Yandina Community Gardens but spends half his week having a day out at a food business in Yandina, getting fed lots of yummy food waste. He travels back to Yandina Community Gardens in the safety of one of our overprotective volunteers, and feeds our compost. Louie diverts up to 40L of food waste from landfill every week.

 Steps to sponsor your bucket:

  1. Choose your monthly contribution amount
  2. You will receive an email from us requesting your pun
  3. We will write your pun on our Food Waste Loop bucket and this bucket will be named after you!!! (Option for an anonymous bucket)

Would your family like a bucket named after them? Sponsor a bucket in their name for a gift!
