The Queensland Garden Expo was bigger and better than ever before. YCG enjoyed a prime spot in the ‘Kitchen Garden’ area where we got to meet many of our current members and inspired more participation in the Gardens through the signing up of new members and workshop participants. Costa came to say hi and we showcased our unique Permaculture plants, how to create your own microbes and provided people with seed for a small donation. Thanks to our friends at Permaculture Noosa who shared the space with us. All and all it was a great 3 days where we hoped to have inspired people with the idea of gardening differently and more sustainably.
