Description

Workshop Description:

The Living Rhythm workshop calibrates us with seasonal rhythms and cycles.

The ‘wheel of life’ is a simple yet powerful pattern of a lifecycle, that all people experience in many ways – daily, monthly, annually, and generationally. Learning to work with it helps to live in harmony and effectiveness.

In this workshop, we explore the qualities and characteristics of the wheel of life through the archetypes of the directions – East, North, West and South – in relation to self, kin and community.

This dynamic life-affirming educational experience weaves together interactive and dynamic content and processes to bring us into alignment with the choreography of life’s cycles.  It gently extends us beyond the cultural conditioning that lulls us into a perpetual collective slumber.

Doing so helps us live on our potent edge.  It deepens our balance, creativity, and collaboration, which is particularly poignant in a rapidly changing world.

By amplifying one’s life force in such ways, we’re helped to bring our whole self to this blessed world: aligned, on-point, and in form.

Presenter’s Biography:

As coach, consultant and facilitator, Erin uses nature wisdom to activate women and organisations with balance, creativity and collaboration to create a more beautiful world.

Erin works with social permaculture and sociocracy as ‘social technologies’ to activate regenerative culture amongst self, kin and community.

Based near Eumundi on the Sunshine Coast, South East Queensland, Erin is a board member of Grounded Permaculture Action Party, and actively teaches with Grounded Permaculture, and with the Change Makers and Byron Community College permaculture design courses.
