Description

Come and experience the joys of food fermentation with Matilda Ramsay. This is an introduction to simple and delicious fermented foods that you can create at home. Matilda will deliver the basic techniques with simple recipes to get you started. The benefits of learning this precious craft don’t just stop with your tastebuds! You will be creating your very own probiotics to feed to your family. All this with an attitude of fun and curiosity. Please bring: chopping board, cutting knife, large bowl, apron and a wide-mouth jar to take the product home in. Ingredients will be provided as part of the workshop fee.

Matilda is a busy mother of two, who has a keen interest in cooking and natural medicine. She has spent the past 8 years refining her ferments to please tricky toddlers, tight budgets and gripey guts.
