Eta Brand is a Naturopath and Wholefoods Educator. She has been teaching about health and nutrition for more than 30 years. She was the owner of the Back to Basics Wholefoods Cooking School in Toronto Canada. She also taught Wholefoods Cooking at the Sydney Adventist Hospital Center for Health Management. She motivates learners with her unique skills and in-depth knowledge of what it means to be healthy. Food is our medicine. According to the Naturopathic Laws of Nature we go back to basics and the body renews. Using chemical-free ingredients and understanding what is appropriate for us as individuals is important. Eta has studied nutrition of diverse cultures and ancient knowledge is translated into contemporary applications. She has taught raw food, vegan, paleo, macrobiotic, vegetarian and Ayurvedic approaches to food and healing. She loves spices and herbs. There is immense joy in learning how to make nourishing food that you can share with your family and friends.
