Saturday 27th March 2021, 3 – 5pm, Time to grow your own food and wellness with Leonie Shanahan

Workshop Description:

It is time to take back control of your health and that comes from growing your own nutrient dense food in biologically active soils. It is easy, let me show you how, to empower you with knowledge and confidence in your fruit and vegetable garden.

Starting with your soil – beyond the foundation of worms and compost.

Learn some tricks and tips with seeds and plants – how to prepare, plant and nurture them – what aftercare/maintenance is needed and how to harvest your food for maximum nutrients, meaning more health and energy for you to do what you love.

I’ll show you easy plants to grow all year round so you have a living pantry.

Discover my top plants for wellness and create more food security in your patch.

Additionally, I aim to help you to understand that nutrient rich food rewards you with a vibrant, energetic and healthy life. True healing comes from our plants – plants grown in good soil are our medicine.

“Your health is your wealth, and it starts in the soil!” Leonie Shanahan
