Propagation: Replant corms after harvest
Growing tips: Plant 2-3 corms in a bathtub in spring. Keep water levels partially up the stems. Harvest when sedge dies back in autumn.
Use: Corms are mild, very crunchy and can be eaten raw or cooked.
